Then please send us the email address you created the account under, your name and proof of purchase, if it was purchased directly from us your order number will suffice, if it was purchased from a reseller you can attach the invoice or receipt as a PDF. You can also fax the information to 410-891-0215 make sure you include your customer number and case number.
