The previous registered owner must send in a signed letter of approval (acceptable scanned or in PDF format) to have their registration information changed over to the current owner's information. In the signed letter, it must be clearly identified what the previous owners registration information is and what the current/new owners information needs to be (First and Last Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Registration Code, and Place of Purchase).
