"I am getting an error when I try to activate Dictate, "Registration Failed"."
Details:
If you are getting an Activation or Registration Failed message, please make sure you are entering the activation code correctly, as it is case-sensitive and may contain punctuation marks. If you are entering it correctly, please be sure you are using the same email address you used when you ordered Dictate (or when registered iListen 1.8, if you have now crossgraded).
If you still experience problems registering and activating MacSpeech Dictate, please contact
MacSpeech Sales & Customer Service and provide your customer name as used during the registration attempt, email address used when attempting to register, and the Registration Code used.
