Details:

Open your MacintoshHD
  1. Click on Applications
  2. Click on Utilities
  3. Double-click on Console.
  4. Once console is open click on LOG in the upper left corner
  5. Click on the arrow next to ~/library/logs to revealing more options
  6. Click on the arrow next to Crash Reporter to reveal a list of crash reports
  7. Click on the most current crash log labeled Mac Speech Dictate and the most current date and time.
  8. Click on file
  9. Click on Save copy as and save the file to the desktop
