SALEM, N.H., Nov. 18, 2009 - MacSpeech, Inc. today announced the release of MacSpeech Dictate 1.5.7, an update to the premier speech recognition solution on the Macintosh.  

The MacSpeech Dictate 1.5.7 update is a maintenance release that fixes reported issues, and is available free of charge to registered MacSpeech Dictate 1.5 customers using the "Check for Updates" feature.  

In addition, customers of the MacSpeech Dictate family of products, including MacSpeech Dictate Medical, MacSpeech Dictate Legal and MacSpeech Dictate International, can update to the corresponding version 1.5.7, also by using their "Check for Updates" feature. New MacSpeech Dictate solutions, with a choice of headsets, are available today starting at US$199. Registered customers of MacSpeech Dictate are eligible to purchase MacSpeech Dictate 1.5 at a special upgrade price of US$54.95.
